Your parcels are sent by Colissimo, UPS, or DHL Express, and you can expect to receive them within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all accessories.

Return Costs: Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
