Delivery
We offer standard and swift delivery options for your convenience. Your parcels are sent by Colissimo, UPS, or DHL Express, and you can expect to receive them within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen. Our team strives to ensure your order reaches you quickly.

Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all accessories.

Return Costs : Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure : To initiate a return, please follow this link here. This will generate a ticket that our team will process. Please also include your order number and the list of items you wish to return in your parcel to facilitate the process.

Refund : We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed via your original payment method. Please remember that the processing and sending of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Damages must be reported within the first week of receipt. Any report made after will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (like special orders or customized items).

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one to three working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping
For calculated shipping fees: The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. For calculated shipping fees: The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are due once the shipment reaches the destination country. SHANSHAN is not responsible for these fees if applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you are expecting your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shan-shan.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.
