Delivery
We offer standard and express delivery options for your convenience. Your packages are delivered by Colissimo, UPS or DHL Express and you can expect to receive them within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen. Our team works hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly.
Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all accessories.
Return costs : Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure : To initiate a return, we invite you to send us an e-mail to contact@kumali.com indicating your order number and the list of items you wish to return. To make the process easier, please also include this information in your package.

Refund : We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Damage must be reported within the first week of receipt. Any report made after this will not be accepted.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you are expecting your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shan-shan.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into the situation for you.
